HBO Max has long had the best movie library of any of the major streaming services, and March sees it continue that trend.
This month, four of this year's Best Picture nominees at the Oscars join the service. Dune and King Richard return to the service after first arriving on the streamer last year, and are joined by nominee Drive My Car and West Side Story—the latter a surprise, given many had assumed the 20th Century Studios production would only air on Disney+ or Hulu. Blockbuster fans can also watch the latest in the Fast & Furious franchise on the service in March 2022.
Although the awards season may be the closest that many film fans get to following a sport, HBO Max does have some big content for actual sports fans this March. The streamer is set to air HBO's Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, its basketball drama about the rise of Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the rest of the team's great players from the 1980s.
Also streaming on HBO Max are the company's two-part documentary about comedy legend Larry David, movie documentary series One Perfect Shot, Jamie Dornan series The Tourist and many others.
