Summer wedding season is upon us. Yes, for the next three months expect embarrassing uncles to twerk to "Baby Got Back" and grandma to coax you into an unwanted slow dance to "At Last". But if you're a bride or groom-to-be looking to avoid either of those scenarios, some of America's most popular wedding DJs are here to rescue your big day.

Billboard compiled 100 of the most-played wedding songs of the last year, as revealed by 37 wedding DJs from 13 cities ranging from "New York to Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. to Las Vegas."

Perhaps unsurprisingly the most popular song to fill wedding reception dancefloors in the last 12 months was Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk", the biggest-selling track of 2015 and Record of the Year winner at the Grammy Awards in February.

Taylor Swift, whose own love life is a gossip column staple, was also a popular choice at weddings: "Shake It Off", from her 2014 album 1989 , ranked in second place followed by Walk the Moon's "Shut Up and Dance" in third, while a fairly recent release, Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling", comes in fourth place.

Recent hits aside, Whitney Houston's timeless floor-filler "I Wanna Dance with Somebody"—first released 29 years ago—is still gaining spins, coming in fifth place on the list. An even older entry, 1978's "September" by Earth, Wind and Fire, comes in sixth place. The Isley Brothers classic "Shout", released in 1959 and later famously covered by the likes of The Beatles and Lulu, rounds out the top 10.

Other popular tunes at wedding receptions include Pharrell Williams' head-bopping "Happy" (ranked 15), Frank Sinatra's "The Way You Look Tonight" (23), John Legend's tear-jerking "All of Me" (36) and late music legend Prince's "Kiss" (46).
