'90 Day Fiancé' Star Libby Questioned by Fans After Tense Family Scenes

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans have questioned Elizabeth "Libby" Potthast over her actions on the latest episode of the TLC show.

Potthast, 31, and her husband Andrei Castravet, 36, are both currently starring in Season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, which follows the lives of several couples from the original series, 90 Day Fiancé, to see how their relationships have worked out.

The couple, who featured on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé, married in 2017 after meeting in Dublin, Ireland, and getting engaged in Sicily. They have since welcomed two children together.

As fans of the show know, the Potthasts, including Libby's sisters, have had a number of issues with Castravet and this tension has caused significant cracks in the family.

On the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? which aired on Sunday, tensions came to a head as Potthast and her husband went to meet her sisters to discuss the news that they were having another baby.

The couple welcomed their baby, son Winston Leo Castravet, on October 4. He is the younger brother of their daughter, three-year-old Ellie.

On the show, which was filmed earlier this year, prior to Winston's birth, Potthast and Castravet had to face her mom, Pamela, and sisters, Becky and Jen, after announcing their baby news to the world on Instagram without telling them first.

Potthast announced her pregnancy on Instagram on March 26, and, as was revealed on Sunday's episode, her family only found out the big news from the social media post.

This, of course, did go down well with the Potthast women and they decided to meet to sort things out. Castravet went with his wife to visit the family, something her sisters said they were not aware would be happening.

The meeting eventually escalated into a full-on screaming match with Becky then slapping Castravet, something she later apologized for. The family ended things by appearing to agree that they could visit a therapist together to try to resolve their issues.

During these scenes, fans had a major question for Libby as they wondered why she took her husband to see her siblings when she knows they don't get along. Some viewers pointed out that, while they don't condone her sisters' actions, they didn't like how Castravet spoke to his wife's family and suggested she should have visited them alone.

Taking to Twitter during the episode one fan posted: "Libby why would you sit there and let your husband yell at your sisters like that? Why is he even there? #90DayFiance."

As another wrote: "If Libby was serious about this meeting she would've left her caveman at home. I can't stand her sisters but they're right. #90DayFiance."

"Libby, your sisters don't need a relationship with your husband for you to be cool with them! Leave Andrei ass at home! #90DayFiance #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter #90DayFianceHEA #90DayFiancePillowTalk," added another.

Elsewhere on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Angela Deem, 56, and her husband Michael Ilesanmi, 34, made a pivotal visit to a marriage counselor together.

Throughout the season fans have had a negative reaction to the couple as they try to navigate a long-distance relationship between Nigeria and the United States due to ongoing visa complications.

One of Deem's main dilemmas with her spouse has been his use of social media, despite her using it herself and developing a crush on another man via TikTok.

During Sunday's episode, Deem and Ilesanmi visited a couple's therapist where Deem confessed to having a crush on a man named Billy, who she wants to see in Canada. She insisted that, despite her crush, their relationship is purely platonic.

Ilesanmi did not react well to the news but told the cameras: "As mad as I am [at] Angela, I can't call it quits because I love her so much. But at the time, if I put my foot down, like with the old Instagram, it doesn't work. So, I wanna try a new strategy to get through to Angela about Billy."

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.
