Anthony "the Mooch" Scaramucci, the former White House director of communications, entered the reality TV Celebrity Big Brother house Monday with a clear description of his current relationship with President Donald Trump. The financier was only a White House employee for 11 days in 2017.

According to Scaramucci, he and Trump still have a positive relationship, despite his quick firing. Less than two weeks into his working relationship with the president, Scaramucci was let go by John Kelly on his first day as White House chief of staff, according to Reuters. Trump explained that it was best to let Kelly create his own lineup of White House employees.

In the conversation shot just before he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house officially, Scaramucci claimed he wouldn't be surprised if some viewers didn't like him because of his Trump support. He also said he was fired from the White House position because he "used a few curse words," seemingly referring to an explicitly-worded conversation with The New Yorker in July 2017.

Scaramucci then revealed, despite his firing, he still gets along well with the sitting president. "I still get along with the president," he said. "I talk to him once or twice a month, but I'm usually the one making the call."

When houseguests inquired about his relationship with the president and why he was fired, Scaramucci explained, "The 'shootout at the OK Corral' started because Priebus and Bannon did not want me in that job, and they started making up stories," Scaramucci said. "But I got my ego involved and I'm a competitive guy, and so I trusted a reporter. I said something inappropriate to a reporter, and he ran to CNN with it. So when the new chief of staff [John Kelly] came in, he fired me."

It's unclear who Scaramucci will align with in the reality game. On Monday's premiere episode, houseguests were asked to compete for head of household (HoH) in teams. Scaramucci was chosen by Dina Lohan, mom and manager of Lindsay Lohan.

The pair did not win the competition. They struggled to fill a plastic oversize champagne flute with "champagne" while on staggered swings. Both Lohan and Scaramucci are eligible for eviction from the reality TV show this week.

One alliance has already formed in the house. Actors Joey Lawrence and Jonathan Bennett seem to be set on working together, according to the site Fansided. The rest of the house has not begun to form alliances in the strategy game.
