Ariana Grande Says Pete Davidson Dating Kate Beckinsale Is 'So Cute'

Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale haven't full-out confirmed they are dating—despite being spotted together—but if Davidson and Beckinsale are seeing each other, they at least have the approval of the Saturday Night Live star's ex-fiancée Ariana Grande.

TMZ cameras caught the "Thank U, Next" singer leaving Westwood One Radio Networks in Los Angeles and asked her opinion on Davison's blossoming romance with the British actor on Wednesday. A paparazzo asked Grande if she thought Davidson and Beckinsale made a good couple, to which Grande replied, "So cute!"

Davidson and Beckinsale have remained tight-lipped about their time together, but that hasn't stopped fans from speculating that the two are an item. The duo were first spotted leaving a Golden Globes after party in January and rumors have swirled about their alleged romance ever since.

While unconfirmed, the duo's relationship isn't necessarily all that surprising. Beckinsale, who is 45, has a penchant for dating younger men like 25-year-old Davidson. She previously dated comedian Matt Rife in 2017, when he was 21 years old. Her ex-husband, director Len Wiseman, to whom she was married from 2004 to 2015, was the same age as her.

After his whirlwind romance with Grande—Davidson and the singer called it quits on their engagement after just dating for four months—Davidson may be interested in a relationship with someone more mature. In fact, Davidson's friend Nick Cannon said he encouraged the comedian to date someone older than him after his breakup with Grande.

"Last night I was hanging out with my little brother, Pete Davidson. We was in Brooklyn. We were having some good conversation. We were having cougar conversations. I taught that young boy well," 38-year-old Cannon, who was previously married to 48-year-old Mariah Carey, said while hosting The Wendy Williams Show Tuesday.

Cannon added: "I will take credit for it. I'm the one who told him, 'Get you an older woman, man!' I said that. Leave them little pop stars alone! An old woman knows what she wants! She don't play no games! That's what I'm talking about. Get you somebody older."
