Pop-royalty Ariana Grande is no stranger to collaborating with other artists when it comes to music but she announced a new type of collaboration on Tuesday.

Grande worked with the massive coffee-chain Starbucks to release a new drink called the Cloud Macchiato. "Introducing new Iced Cloud Macchiatos in Caramel and Cinnamon. So light and fluffy they're basically a cloud in a cup," Starbucks tweeted on Tuesday. The drink is available iced or hot in both flavors.

Before the drink was revealed both Starbucks and Grande, who shares a name with the cafe's medium drink size, were teasing the release of the drink on social media.

Starbucks even released a "Clouds" playlist on Spotify to bring attention to the new drink as well. The drinks are only available in the United States and Canada but were available beginning Tuesday.

"Starbucks Cloud Macchiato beverages feature whipped cold milk foam that has a light, fluffy and silky-smooth texture," said Starbucks. Part of what gives the drink its fluffy texture are egg whites that are incorporated into the drink. A full list of the nutrition facts and the ingredients is available online for those with allergies or those who want to know how many calories the foamy drink contains.

Grande shared photos of herself with the drink in one of the Starbucks barista aprons. In the photos she's having one of the iced beverages with shiny metal green straw with dogs around her.

Some of her fans who managed to already get their hands on the new release were already tweeting about the drink Tuesday.

Starbucks was also responding to both coffee and Grande fans with the singer's lyrics. "You want it, we got it. You want it, we got it. You like our cloud? Gee thanks, just made it," the company tweeted, a slight variation on Grande's lyrics from her song "7 Rings." They also tweeted using her lyrics from her song "NASA."

Earlier in the week, Starbucks released a playlist for International Women's Day 2019. The day wasn't set to happen until Friday, but the playlist was on all week in Starbucks cafes and available online. It's unclear whether the release of the Grande-collaboration drink and the celebration of women are connected.

Tuesday the company also released other new drinks for spring, including a matcha green tea latte, iced latte or creme frappuccino and a cold brew with cascara cold foam.
