Looking through the Assassin's Creed subreddit thread about the patch notes indicates multiple Xbox One owners are experiencing a stuttering issue, and Ubisoft's community manager that created the thread did not reply to any of these concerns.
After installing the 1.05 update, users on the Assassin's Creed subreddit are also claiming framerate performance has suffered significantly. Others report that performing a full system restart after the patch has been installed, or loading a second game, then returning to Assassin's Creed has fixed the issue.
