Bachelorette contestant Garrett Yrigoyen was accused of liking controversial posts on social media after Season 14 of the ABC reality show debuted Monday. Yrigoyen was considered a frontrunner at winning Becca Kufrin's heart, and it didn't take long for fans to try to dig into his Instagram history.

Yrigoyen reportedly liked pictures and posts under the username @imwatchingyuuo that ridiculed the trans community, liberal feminists, Parkland high school shooting survivor David Hogg and undocumented immigrants, according to the Huffington Post. The apparent likes were posted online Thursday by former Bachelor contestant Ashley Spivey. Some of them were as recent as November 2017.

"A contestant on this season of #thebachelorette liked all of these posts on Instagram and I'm thinking it will be very hard to pull for the type of person likes any of this," she wrote. "Not sure why I was sent these pics but I'm sure it has to do with me always calling out bull$h*t. I'm fine being that person."

ABC, Yrigoyen, and Kufrin didn't immediately respond to the accusations. His Instagram account has since been deleted, though Reality Steve claimed he returned to the social media site with a different handle.

Garrett is a 29-year-old medical sales rep from Reno, Nevada. "Raised in a small town in Central California, Garrett is a true outdoorsman who loves fly fishing, hiking and snowshoeing. When he's not on an outdoor adventure, he's perfecting his Chris Farley impression," his bio on ABC's website reads. "He's excited to find love with the Bachelorette…down by the river!"

Out of the 28 men vying for Kufrin's attention, the Bachelorette said she was infatuated with Yrigoyen. "Since he pulled up in that minivan, I was smitten with him," Kufrin said on Monday's premiere. "I'm the luckiest guy in the world right now," Yrigoyen, grinning added.

Before Season 14, Kufrin revealed she was engaged. "I am engaged!" Kufrin, 28, told People magazine for their Friday issue. "It was the happiest moment of my life. And it feels so good to say it. I still pinch myself, like, did that all just happen? It's been a whirlwind."

The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
