Hysterics At Woman's Commitment To Getting Group Food Order Right: 'Queen'

A woman's commitment to delivering a mammoth bagel order using a printed list has proven divisive.

Big family take-out orders are usually a mission for both the person in charge of ordering the food and the person behind the counter tapping the order through to the kitchen.

One woman was tasked with going to the bagel shop and ordering her family's doughy feast.

Sue Nebbio (@suenebs) from New York City shared hilarious footage of the scene unfolding which amassed 1.8 million views on TikTok.

Not even a written list, a printed out typed list! What a queen

She shared on the platform: "I love this woman. She had a mission to order her family bagels and she was not risking making any mistakes or holding up any lines.

"Not even a written list, a printed list."

However, not everyone was as impressed with the woman's organizational prowess.

One user suggested she hand the list to the cashier, whereas another said she should have called ahead to order.

Heidi said: "As a former bagel shop worker, this type of customer is the best."

Another former bagel shop worker disagreed, writing: "Worked at a bagel shop and my favs customers were the ones that just gave me a list."

The bagel shop is an iconic New York institution, with over 200 bagel shops in New York City, according to culinary experience provider, Cozymeal.

However, Sue confirmed to commenters that the bagel shop was called Bodo's and is located in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Newsweek reached out to Sue Nebbio for comment via Instagram and email. We could not verify the details of the case.

There was a resounding appreciation of the woman's organizational skills and care towards the busy shop workers.

One user commented: "This is really cute she's just trying her best to make sure her family is happy."

Another added: "Honestly, the efficiency is amazing."

Take-out orders are not always complicated due to their volume, but sometimes smaller orders have specific requests.

Last month, a woman going through a break-up had a specific wish when she ordered sushi from Rollingsushi in Amsterdam.

She shared on her order that her comfort food is sushi and poke bowls, but above all, she wrote that she loved salmon, and wanted as much as possible, to attempt to ease the heartbreak.

The restaurant fulfilled her request and even laid out her meal in a heart shape, with a message reading: "Sending you lots of love."
