Bethenny Frankel reviewed Hailey Bieber's skincare line, Rhode, in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
"Is this @rhode serum AT THE LEVEL?!" The former Real Housewives of New York City star captioned the clip.
The 25-year-old model, who is also Justin Bieber's wife, launched the brand with the tagline, "Everyone is welcome here."
"We are a line of curated skincare essentials made with thoughtful intention," an Instagram post announcing the launch of the brand states. "Our formulas nourish your skin barrier to instantly give you dewy, delicious skin while improving its look and feel over time."
Bieber has joined a long list of celebrities who have dabbled in the beauty industry, including Kylie Jenner, Selena Gomez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, Harry Styles, Millie Bobby Brown, Pharrell Williams, Victoria Beckham and more.
In the Instagram clip, Frankel, 51, applied Rhode's Peptide Glazing fluid, which, according to the company's website, is "Hailey's signature step to dewy, glazed skin."
It retails for $29, though is currently out of stock.
"It's simple, and it's not that rich," Frankel told her 2.8 million followers. "It's definitely hydrating as all serums are," she explained, noting that she "has yet to find a serum or oil that is not hydrating."
Frankel suggested, "If you're a young girl and you have no skincare routine, and you just want to be part of this program, and you want to be a person that wears a serum, this is great."
However, the Skinnygirl CEO added that, while "there's nothing wrong with it," the product is "not jumping off the page."
"The packaging is a little big but I like it, I like the way it feels. It fits nicely in your cabinet. I will give it to my daughter and she will love it," she said, referring to 12-year-old Bryn Hoppy, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
Frankel then joked, "Hailey Bieber's beautiful so I'm sure many of you are buying this because it's gonna make you look like her, which, if it works, let me know."
"It's a very, very simple, basic serum step," she concluded. "It's very, very nice and you can't say something bad about it. It's just not a stellar serum."
Newsweek reached out to Bieber's representative for comment.
This isn't the first time Frankel reviewed a celebrity skincare line. Back in August, the author seemed unimpressed by Kim Kardashian's SKKN by Kim.
"It's bulbous, I don't understand it," she said at the time of the eye cream's packaging. "I don't have a circular house or medicine cabinet. It doesn't even have a flat bottom, so it's effectively like an egg."
Frankel claimed the packaging for the SKKN exfoliator was also "crazy," and "gigantic."
"How are you going to travel with this? You have to be a billionaire to use this product, because if you don't have a private plane, how are you traveling with this? It's just not practical and I'm a very practical and organized person," the Bravo alum said. "This shocks me because don't the Kardashians organize their jelly beans by color?"
That being said, the "quality" was there, Frankel said. "I know that it's very ecologically sound. It's a good quality product that's likely somewhat overpriced, but most beauty is overpriced."
