'Big Brother' Spoilers: The Veto Win Solidifies A Player's Possible Dismissal

A Big Brother competition favorite will be featured this week: the hide and seek Veto Competition. Players are asked to hide a card within the Big Brother house. Those playing in the competition must search the house to find the cards of other players. The last card in the house crowns the winner of the Veto.

The competition is also hosted by Zingbot, a less-than-friendly robot who returns each season to give disses to the remaining competitors.

This week, Brett Robinson and Scottie Salton were nominated for eviction by Head of Household (HoH) Faysal Shafaat. Shafaat's reasoning for nominating Salton, a member of his alliance, is unclear, though he has been the set target this week. Shafaat's alliance is thinning by the week. His closest ally is his showmance Haleigh Broucher.

The Veto Competition ended with Robinson securing the Veto for himself. He will most likely remove himself from the block. Salton is set to go home this week, with no true allies to fight for his safety.

The other option, however, is Tyler Crispen. Crispen has been a powerhouse player throughout the season. Broucher, who won the Hacker Competition two weeks ago and was HoH last week, has tried to target Crispen two weeks in a row. She may try to persuade Shafaat to nominate Crispen as Robinson's replacement.

What Broucher and Shafaat don't know, though, is Crispen holds a Power App which will allow him to sit out of the nominations. "The Cloud," if he chooses to use it, will declare him safe from nomination. This power expires soon.

Even if Crispen doesn't use the power and ends up on the block this week, chances are he will stay in the house. Crispen has a full alliance, including a final two deal with houseguest Sam Bledsoe who doesn't seem to take a side of the house. On Crispen's end, the final-two deal is not solid.

Ultimately, Shafaat's rise to power doesn't look to help his game. Clearly, he believes Salton is a target to him, so his goal as HoH should be easily achieved with not only the Veto win by Robinson but by the house's climate opposing Shafaat's side and Salton's lack of alliance.

It is unclear if Salton expects he is the target. He may be blindsided and believe Shafaat and friends have his best interest.
