As the Christmas shopping season kicks into full gear on Black Friday, rivaling retailers offer competitive prices on various products, including electronic devices.

Here we compare price ranges for Black Friday deals at Walmart and Target, looking at the latest reduced prices offered for televisions, laptops, tablets, headphones and smart watches.

Televisions

Walmart

Marked down prices range from $88 for the Sceptre 32-inch Class 720P HD LED TV X322BV-SR (reduced from $99.99) to $3,997.99 for the Samsung 65-inch Class 8K Ultra HD (4320P) HDR Smart QLED TV (reduced from $5,499.99).

Target

Get discounts of up to 30 percent on all televisions and up to 50 percent on all home accessories.

Reduced prices range from $69.99 for an Element 24-inch 720p HD LED TV (reduced from $99.99) to $2,797.99 for the Samsung 55-inch The Terrace QLED 4K UHD Outdoor Smart TV (reduced from $3,499.99).

Laptops/tablets

Walmart

Laptop deals span from $149 for the Gateway 11.6-inch FHD Ultra Slim Notebook, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity (reduced from $179) to $1,764.95 for the 3-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, with 512GB storage capacity (reduced from $2,117.94).

The cheapest reduced-price tablet is the Core Innovations 7-inch Quad-Core tablet, with headphones and tablet sleeve, available for $39 (reduced from $59.99).

The most expensive tablet offered at a reduce price is the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, 16GB memory and 512GB SSD, reduced from $1,899. Customers can view the marked down price by adding the item to their shopping cart and entering their email address.

Walmart notes: "Because our price for this item is below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price, they require us to collect your name and email address before we can show it to you."

Target

Save up to 40 percent on all laptops, tablets and computer accessories.

Slashed prices for laptops vary from $119.99 for the HP 11.6-inch Chromebook, with 32GB storage capacity (reduced from $219.99), to $3,999.99 for the Razer Blade 15 Quadro Studio Laptop (reduced from $4,299.99).

Cut prices for tablets range from $39.99 for the Amazon Fire 7, with 16 GB storage capacity (reduced from $49.99) to $2,348.99 (reduced from $2,368.99) for the 12.3-inch Microsoft Surface Pro 7, which comes with 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD (solid state drive) and one-year subscription to Microsoft 365 for one user.

Reduced prices currently available for wireless earbuds vary from $16.88 for the Onn True Wireless Earphones (reduced from $19.88) to $159 for the Bose Wireless Bluetooth Sport Earbuds (reduced from $179).

Customers can save up to 50 percent on headphones from Beats, Bose, Sony and other companies.

Reduced prices for adult headphones range from $24.99 for the JBL Tune 500 Wireless On-Ear Headphones (reduced from $49.99) to $339.99 for the Bose Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones 700 (reduced from $379.99).

Cut prices for wireless earbuds vary from $19.99 for the Altec Lansing Nano Pods Wireless Headphones (reduced from $29.99) to $199.99 for the Apple AirPods Pro (reduced from $249.99).
