Jim Carrey Leads Tributes Following Bob Saget's Death—'Wonderfully Warped'

Tributes poured in on Sunday for TV star and comedian Bob Saget, the star of ABC's Full House, after he was found dead in a Florida hotel room at the age of 65.

Hollywood stars took to social media to remember Saget after he was was found unresponsive in a hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and was pronounced dead on the scene.

Actor Jim Carrey remembered "beautiful" Saget as having a "big, big heart and a wonderfully warped comic mind."

"He gave the world a lot of joy and lived his life for goodness' sake. :'^}," wrote Carrey.

Best known for his roles in hit 80s sitcom Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos, co-stars and fans expressed their disbelief at the actor's sudden death in warming tributes.

"I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby," John Stamos, longtime friend of Saget, wrote on Twitter.

Stamos, 58, worked alongside Saget on sitcom Full House, which from September 22, 1987, to May 23, 1995.

They portrayed brothers-in-law Danny Tanner and Jesse Katsopolis, who move in with Joey Gladstone, their college best friend, to raise Danny's three daughters after his wife's death.

"I don't know what to say. I have no words. Bob was one of the best humans beings I've ever known in my life. I loved him so much," wrote Candace Cameron Bure, who played Saget's eldest daughter on the hit TV show.

"Bob was the most loving, compassionate and generous man. We are deeply saddened that he is no longer with us but know that he will continue to be by our side to guide us as gracefully as he always has," twins Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, who starred as Saget's other two daughters on the show, said in a statement.

"We are thinking of his daughters, wife and family, and are sending our condolences," the 35-year-olds said.

Saget also narrated How I Met Your Mother, and recently starred in a Netflix sequel called Fuller House.

"I don't even know what to say about Bob Saget," How I Met Your Mother co-creator Craig Thomas said on Twitter. "I loved him and was so lucky to work with someone so funny, soulful and kind. His role on himym was a voice in the future, looking back on all of life's complexity with a smile, and that's how I'll always remember him."

"Sail on my friend Bob Saget with your huge heart and abject lunacy, my condolences to his daughters & other family," said Whoopi Goldberg.

"We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today," the Saget family said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

"He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter. Though we ask for privacy at this time, we invite you to join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world."

His death was confirmed by the Orange County Sheriff's Office, who tweeted Sunday that they were responding to an Orlando hotel for an unresponsive man.

"The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case," OCSO wrote.

A Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of death, the sheriff's office said.

Saget is survived by his wife, Kelly Rizzo, and three children.
