Camille Grammer shared an Instagram picture of all that remains of her Malibu mansion on Thursday. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's home was destroyed by the Woolsey fire in Southern California, which scorched more than 98,000 acres of land since the fire first sparked a week ago.
"This is what's left of my home. We can replace/ rebuild our home but we can't replace people we have lost," Grammer wrote.
The 50-year-old also included images of her home before the fire as well as a photograph of her previously stunning hillside views and landscape surrounding her mansion.
Grammer, who revealed the death of her longtime assistant in the post, urged followers to be kind and respectful of first responders and firefighters manning the fire. "I lost my assist of 20 plus years Scott two days before the fires. I'm still grieving and will continues [sic] to do so. He was family to me," Grammer wrote.
"So, to those out there that are yelling at officials and firemen why their houses weren't saved let's put things in perspective here. You are alive. You are safe. Let's thank the firefighters for saving as many lives during this terrible disaster. We are here to help others and gather to rebuild what has been lost," she continued. "Here are some pics of what is left of my house and memories from the past. I will keep these memories and hold them in my heart forever. Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas, Halloween, and charity events I hosted at my house. My family home will remain in my heart as I start to rebuild anew wherever that will be. My heart is with my family and friends. #malibustrong #woolseyfire I [heart emoji] Malibu!! My home always!!"
Grammer previously shared an aerial-view image of her house up in flames. The reality star revealed to People magazine she had a feeling her house wouldn't be saved from the fire. "We were standing in the house before we left and Mason [daughter] said to me, 'Mom I get this feeling our house isn't going to make it,'" Grammer said. "I said, 'Honey, I hope it does, but I have the same feeling.' We just thought this is it. I had a pit in my stomach."
Grammer lived in the Malibu home with her husband David C. Meyer, 17-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son Jude, whom she shares with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer.
A number of other celebrities lost their homes to the Woolsey fire, which destroyed areas including Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Simi Valley, Chatsworth, Bell Canyon, Hidden Hills and Calabasas. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, Gerard Butler, Robin Thicke and Neil Young's homes were severely damaged by the fires.
While firefighters made progress on containing the Woolsey Fire—60 percent of the flames were contained as of Thursday, according to CNN—the Camp fire continues to blaze northern parts of the state.
Only 40 percent of the Camp fire was contained by Thursday. The Camp fire has destroyed more than 141,000 acres of land and resulted in the deaths of 63 people. Sixty-six people have been killed by the fire statewide.
