WHAT TIME DOES CASTLEVANIA SEASON 2 APPEAR ON NETFLIX?

WHAT HAPPENED IN SEASON 1?

It's been awhile since the first season of Castlevania premiered (July 2017), so here's a quick recap of what went down in the first four episodes:

The series starts with Count Vlad Dracula visited by a woman named Lisa, who is looking for medicine to heal her people. Dracula, a man of science, agrees to teach her everything he knows because of her bravery to seek him out, and she teaches him about reconnecting with humanity. The two will eventually fall in love and marry.

Twenty years later, Lisa is burned at the stake after being accused of witchcraft. This, of course, angers Dracula who summons all matters of horrific beasts and monsters onto the town of Wallachia, killing everyone. Dracula's forces don't stop there, however, as he looks to spread across the land.

Fans are introduced to Trevor Belmont, a drunk monster hunter, in the city of Gresit and is hired by one of the town's bishops to save his grandchild. Belmont eventually agrees and find the grandchild named Sypha, a priestess who can use magic.

Dracula's forces eventually make it to Gresit as Trevor, Sypha and the people mount a defensive against the vampire's army. However, Trevor and Sypha fall through the floors of the city and into a hidden catacomb. The duo eventually find a sleeping Alucard, the son of Dracula, who after a short battle agrees to join them to stop his father.
