'The Challenge' Episode 2 Recap & Spoilers: Vets Get Into An Explosive Confrontation, Will Amanda Drop The 'Bomb' She's Been Talking About?

The Challenge returns Wednesday night and things look to get tense—no, explosive—when confrontations erupt between members of the house. While it is normal for the show to feature intense competition between teams, this confrontation looks to be fueled annoyance and frustration.

Spoilers ahead for episode 2 of The Challenge.

The confrontation is between the two vets, Hunter and Leroy. Hunter gets into Leroy's face and takes off his shirt, looking to start a fight. While members of the house surround the two scuffling men and begin to clap their hands, things explode and security is summoned to break up the fight.

The fights don't stop with Henry and Leroy, but it looks like Amanda and Jenna get into a screaming match as well. From the clip released on Twitter, it's not completely certain how the confrontation initially began; however, from the looks of it, Amanda didn't enjoy Jenna sticking her nose where it didn't belong.

"Jenna decides to come in my ear—mistake," Amanda says to the camera. "When you put yourself in the position to argue with me, be ready for the bullets to be coming 100 miles an hour."

Jenna doesn't back down and continues to call Amanda a liar. Whether the fight gets physical is not certain, but tensions were definitely on the rise.

What was "the bomb" that Amanda kept bringing up? Well, it was announced to Jenna and the whole house that Zach was on the dating app Bumble after being eliminated from last season. Things got even more heated when Jenna attempted to confront Zach.

He claimed it was a joke and "never swiped right."

"You know how stupid this whole thing is right? And how this whole thing could've been avoided," Jenna questioned.

While things looked like they were getting patched up, Zach suddenly stormed out of the room and said he needed space. Zach then said he wanted to call the security and was "done." Despite the relationship hiccup, Zach and Jenna patched things up and looked past the gossip, sourced by a common enemy—Amanda.

"Arms-a-geddon Tired"

An insane tug-of-war challenge was not only a way to prove strength but each other's role in the house: Josh hopes to prove he's not the weakest link, while Jonny and Wes continue their bitter rivalry. At the end of the challenge, Josh/Amanda, Theo/Cara Maria and Johnny/Morgan became the three teams a the top of the challenge.

Three teams who were up for possible elimination:

1) Zach/Zahida

2) Hunter/Georgia

3) Chase/Ashley M.

After voting, Hunter/Georgia was chosen to be on the killing floor. The team then chooses Chase/Ashley M. as their opponent.

"Hunter choosing Ashley is huge, she took $100,000 from this man," Da'Vonne says to the camera. "Get her a** that's all I can say."

What could be labeled the biggest upset of Challenge history, rookie Georgia was able to stay triumphant from the reigning champion Ashley M. Both Ashley and Chase became the first victims of the killing floor Wednesday night.
