Paulie Calafiore messed with Brad Fiorenza's head before returning to the redemption house on The Challenge: Final Reckoning. Now, Brad needs to talk to his girlfriend, Britni Thornton, to find out if she cheated on him.
Paulie has made enemies with Brad and Kyle Christie in his first season of The Challenge. Kyle voted him and Natalie Negrotti into elimination because he didn't like Paulie flirting with his ex-girlfriend, Cara Maria Sorbello. Paulie and Natalie lost and ended up in the redemption house. They had a chance to get back in the main house but lost another elimination to Jozea Flores and Da'Vonne Rogers.
Paulie still found a way to get back at Brad, through his girlfriend, Britni. Because he and Natalie drew the Double Cross, they got to choose their opponents from the redemption house. The other two teams—Britni and her ex-boyfriend Chuck Mowery and Jenna Compono and Jemmye Carroll—went straight home. Paulie told Brad Britni slept with Chuck and he did him "a favor" by sending her home.
Brad didn't seem to know what to believe. "Something hasn't felt right the last three, four nights," he said at the time. "There might be something to look into here." He and Britni have "some decisions to make," he says in the exclusive clip below.
Britni is excited when she answers his video call. "I've been waiting by my phone for you all day," she tells him. That's when he tells her he has to talk to her about something.
Brad wasn't the only one to question if Paulie could have been telling the truth. "You could see the hurt in [Brad's] eyes," Nelson Thomas said. "Knowing Britni, a part of me does believe him."
Jozea and Da'Vonne weren't planning to share what really happened when they returned to the main house. "We're not going to release any of that information," Jozea said. "Let them ponder." Da'Vonne agreed. "If they want to know about the redemption house so bad, we'll send you there," she said.
"We recently came to an agreement that it would be best for both of us to focus on our own personal lives," Britni said on the "Challenge Mania" podcast Sunday. "What I had viewed in the last two episodes had made me uncomfortable but it's not the sole reason for our breakup," Brad said to Us Weekly. "I was ready to move on, I don't think she was."
The Challenge: Final Reckoning airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on MTV.
