Twitter was thrilled to find out there would be a reboot of Charlie's Angels.
Previously played by Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu in the 2000 reboot, pop stars Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey are slated to take part in the remake. While their roles are not confirmed, they won't be playing the all-female crime-fighting trio.
Cyrus took to Twitter Wednesday to share a cheeky sneak peek of the upcoming film. Despite what looks like a modernized Charlie's Angels insignia, nothing is really shown in the 15-second clip.
Audiences will have to wait until Wednesday for an in-depth look in the upcoming female-focused film.

So who's taking over for Berrymore, Diaz and Liu?
Twilight alum Kristen Stewart and British break-out stars Ella Balinska and Naomi Scott will be playing Charlie's Angels.
As the director, Elizabeth Banks will also have a huge role in the film. She's also playing one out of three versions of Bosley. Patrick Stewart and Djimon Hounsou will play the other two iterations of Charlie's hilarious sidekick.
"Charlie's Angels, for me, is one of the original brands to celebrate the empowered woman since its debut in the 1970s," Banks said Wednesday, according to a Vogue report. "This film honors the legacy of Charles Townsend and his agency while introducing a new era of modern and global angels. I couldn't be more excited to work with Kristen, Naomi and Ella to bring this chapter to fans around the world."
The star-studded casting announcement doesn't end there. According to a sneak peek look of the film, obtained by Entertainment Weekly, Noah Centineo (To All The Boys I Loved Before) is also set to appear in the anticipated film.
When asked about his role, Banks stayed tight-lipped: "I don't want to give too much away about Noah ... but he's a friend mostly to Naomi's character."
Overall, following the success of female-centered films like Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel, Banks told EW that these Angels are "real and relatable characters."
"It's a really exciting moment for female-driven films," Banks said at the time. "Audiences are really looking for those aspirational stories about real and relatable characters, and I think the women in my movie are definitely real and relatable, but most importantly, I think they're really fun."
Charlie's Angels premieres in theatres on November 15, 2019.
