Why Daniel Tosh Claims Kylie Jenner Is Pregnant With Timothee Chalamet's Baby

Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek's network of contributors

Is Kylie Jenner secretly pregnant with Timothée Chalamet's baby? That's the rumor Daniel Tosh shared on his podcast.

On the Tuesday, April 2, episode of the Tosh Show, the former Tosh.0 host told listeners how he attempted to go to a supermarket in Malibu — only to be told the Kardashian-Jenner family was filming a scene for their reality show, The Kardashians, in the establishment.

In fact, according to Tosh, the family wasn't just filming just any old scene — it was a "bombshell" moment, the supermarket employee told him.

"Here's something crazy," Tosh began. "I went to the grocery store in Malibu, and I was talking to an employee there. Anyway, I was talking to this guy, and I said, 'Why were you guys closed yesterday?' He goes, 'Well, I'm not supposed to discuss it, but [The Kardashians], the show, was filming their season finale here yesterday. Spoiler alert: this is for the upcoming season of the show. This is the big season finale. This random grocery store person is telling me that they rented out the entire store, shut it down and then, they acted like they were grocery shopping."

What happened during the scene, Tosh claimed the employee told him, was that "Kylie reveals that she's pregnant again with — wait for it — Timothée's kid. Holy moly! What a bombshell."

Of course, the podcast host hedged, "This might not be true. I am not verifying anything. This is just what an employee at a grocery store in Malibu told me. Isn't that neat? What a crazy world I live in."

Tosh quipped: "You heard it here first on Tosh Show."

However, according to sources across multiple outlets, the claims are untrue: Jenner is, in fact, not expecting a baby with Chalamet, whom she has been linked to since April 2023. (The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 26, is mom to daughter Stormi, 6, and son Aire, 2, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott.)

Newsweek reached out to Jenner via Instagram on April 4 requesting comment on Tosh's statement.

While Jenner and Chalamet haven't exactly kept their romance under wraps — the pair have been spotted packing on the PDA everywhere from one of Beyoncé's Renaissance shows to the U.S. Open to the 2024 Golden Globes — neither star has publicly shared any information about their relationship.

In fact, when Jenner was asked by The New York Times in March if Chalamet had influenced her new "clean girl" aesthetic, she replied: "I don't know how I feel about that. I just don't want to talk about personal things."
