Deion Sanders Not Impressed by Shedeur's 'Trash Bag' Fashion

Deion Sanders' sons Shedeur and Shilo walked the runway at Louis Vuitton's Men's Fall/Winter 2024 Show in Paris on Tuesday, and they had an opportunity to meet creative director (and acclaimed singer/songwriter) Pharrell Williams, who offered some encouraging words to both players.

However, their University of Colorado coach is less than impressed by his sons' fashion sense.

A video from Well Off Media documented moments from the brothers' trip to Paris, including their meeting with Williams and some behind-the-scenes footage of their arrival at the Louis Vuitton event.

It also captured Shedeur and Shilo bickering over fashion and calling their father on FaceTime to get his take.

The argument started after a shopping trip, during which Shedeur bought a coat and a bag. When he returned to a car and met back up with Shilo, Shedeur was roasted mercilessly by his older brother, who took aim at the bag in particular.

"Shedeur, that is cute," Shilo said. "That bag is cute. You tripping."

Shilo also took issue with Shedeur's clothing. The rising senior quarterback was wearing a puffy jacket over a turtleneck with a chain, fashion choices that he felt were all justified.

"I could swing on you right now and it's not going to hurt," Shilo said. "You're doing too much."

Eventually, the argument needed to be settled, so Shilo called his father and showed him Shedeur's outfit.

"Oh no," Deion said, taking in Shedeur's clothes. "What are you, a trash bag? You ain't carrying no purse though."

"Dad, he is, and he's for real about this," Shilo said. "He needs an intervention. What he's doing ain't what he think he's doing."

Shilo continued to roast Shedeur throughout the drive to the fashion show.

"His big old jacket and his little bag," Shilo said. "It looks like he's got little dog treats in there. [...] He looks like somebody's rich auntie right now."

At the fashion show, the brothers met Pharrell Williams, who took over the role as men's creative director at the fashion brand after the death of Virgil Abloh. Williams told the brothers he was honored to have them and that it was "symbolic" that they participated, since they were at the top of their games.

Shilo told Williams they want to be multi-dimensional.

"You already are," Williams answered. "It's just the society that makes you think you are not, and you aspire to be other things, but you guys do so many things already. So you don't 'want to be.' If I were you, I would change that language. 'I am multi-dimensional.' Let them know you're already there."

Shedeur and Shilo Sanders both plan to return to Colorado for the 2024 season. Both have seven-figure NIL valuations, according to On3. Shedeur's valuation is second-highest in the NCAA at $4.7 million, trailing only LeBron James' son Bronny at $5.8 million.
