George Conway, the husband of President Donald Trump's top White House counselor, Kellyanne Conway, again accused the president of having narcissistic personality disorder on Twitter Tuesday morning in response to Trump calling him a "total loser."

The two men are no strangers to hurling insults at one another—despite George's wife, Kellyanne, being one of Truma's most fierce public defenders, regularly conducting TV interviews to defend the administration.

"He's just trying to get publicity for himself," Trump told reporters of George in November, while Kellyanne on Monday brushed off her husband's continued claims on Twitter that Trump's mental health has declined.

"No, I don't share those concerns," she told reporters.

"A total loser!" Trump tweeted of George Conway Tuesday after his 2020 campaign manager, Brad Parscale, claimed the lawyer was turned down by Trump for a job "he desperately wanted" in the Justice Department.

"He barely worked [at the Justice Department] and was either fired/quit, didn't want the scrutiny?" Parscale said. "Now he hurts his wife because he is jealous of her success. POTUS doesn't even know him!"

Trump, despite past claims, did know George Conway, who is a lawyer by trade and withdrew from consideration for the DOJ post.

The lawyer responded to the president's "total loser" insult by posting a diagnostic criteria list for narcissism.

"Tell us, [Donald Trump]—which of these diagnostic criteria do you not satisfy?" George Conway said. He later added, "Congratulations! You just guaranteed that millions of more people are going to learn about narcissistic personality disorder and malignant narcissism! Great job!"

On the criteria list included symptoms such as "has a grandoise sense of self-importance," "requires excessive admiration," "has a sense of entitlement" and "lacks empathy."
