'Dragon Ball FighterZ' Broly and Bardock Dramatic Finishes Leaked

The latest issue of Japanese magazine V-Jump has some new information on Broly and Bardock in Dragon Ball FighterZ. While fans await a release date on Broly, or at least a trailer for Bardock, the new issue of V-Jump has screenshots of both DLC characters' Dramatic Finishes.

According to the V-Jump scans -- via ShonenGamez -- Broly's Dramatic Finish happens when he faces Goku. Defeat Broly with Goku and he'll perform the "Miracle Blow" that he used to fell Broly in the Dragon Ball Z movie.

If you defeat Bardock with Frieza, a cutscene showing the destruction of Planet Vegeta will appear. This is similar to the end of the Bardock movie where Goku's father took out Frieza's goons before the tyrant destroyed him (and the planet) in one attack.

Dramatic Finishes in Dragon Ball FighterZ are neat easter eggs for fans of the manga and anime that appear under specific conditions. If a finish matches what happened in the anime, like the aforementioned Goku defeating Broly, then a unique cutscene will occur.

Other cutscenes start at the beginning of matches if fighters have a history and are fighting on a specific stage. One example is having Goku (Super Saiyan) and Frieza start a match on Planet Namek. This triggers a cutscene where Frieza kills Krillin and inadvertently activates Goku's Super Saiyan form for the first time. When Broly and Bardock are released in Dragon Ball FighterZ , expect these Dramatic Finishes to be just part of the new content they'll bring to the game.
