Woman Has To Shower With a Full Face of Makeup—Not Prepared for the Result

A woman has shared what happened when she had to have a shower with a full face of makeup.

Hair wash day is every woman's worst nightmare, the chore is worsened when you forget about the task at hand, and have already made up your face.

Content creator Ashley LaMarca (@ashleylamarca) realized her slip-up when she had already finished getting ready that she had forgotten to wash her hair.

She showcased the surprising results to her TikTok fans in a video which amassed over 621,800 views, showing her makeup fared well after the debacle.

She said on TikTok: "Not me. Yet again, doing a full face of makeup, forgetting that it's hair wash day.

"I was putting my hair up, and I'm like, something is really off about this. Welcome back to let's take a shower and preserve my makeup, in some possible way."

Newsweek reached out to @ashleylamarca for comment via Instagram. We could not verify the details of the case.

The woman showcased her locks but did not disclose how long it had been since she had last cleaned her hair, instead she asked her followers to guess—in response to "11 days" she said "accurate guess."

She brushed out her hair and then used purifying scalp concentrate on her hair to remove product build up and cleanse her scalp.

After applying the product, she told viewers she was going to blow out her hair to go on a trip and explained styling her hair straight was a more travel friendly option.

Next she detailed what products she would use in the shower: K18 shampooo, a money mask and K18 conditioner.

She added: "Time to get in the shower. I don't know how I'm gonna preserve this makeup. Hope it doesn't get ruined."

Next, LaMarca unveils her fresh out of the shower look as she keeps her wet hair in a towel turban.

She said: "Do you know how hard it is to take a shower and wash your hair and not get your face wet?"

The TikToker then revealed how she tackled the tough task—by moving the shower head over your hair so that it does not touch you face.

She explained her troubles: "You move the shower head so don't get soaking wet, but then now you're freezing cold out of the water."

Admitting droplets fell down her face, she somehow managed to keep her full face in tact and showed the impressive final results.

Her mascara was untouched by water damage, and her lipstick was nearly unscathed and her gloss remained immaculate.

LaMarca went in with a beauty blender to smooth out her foundation and simply reapplied her bronzer.

She said: "It reminds me when you're getting your hair done at the salon, and then all of your bronzer just comes off.

"Hair wash day is the most undefeated feeling, I wish I didn't have to straighten my hair, but something about getting on a plane with straight hair, just makes my life so much easier."

Commenters were impressed by her ability to shower without taking her makeup off.

One user said: "You've done the impossible."

Another added: "We need an updated makeup routine."
