Happy National Sandwich Day 2022: Where to Get the Best Deals and Offers

As National Sandwich Day commences, we have rounded up the best deals to help you enjoy one of America's favorite lunchtime favorites for less.

As legend has it, John Montagu invented the sandwich in mid-18th century England, earning him the honor of 4th Earl of Sandwich.

According to food historians, Montagu was playing cards but did not want to leave the gambling table to eat––instead opting for a serving of roast beef placed between two slices of bread.

The country's top sandwich shops from Jersey Mike's to Subway––and even some surprise participants like Popeyes––are offering mouthwatering deals to celebrate November 3, the official sandwich day.

Check our guide below for a full breakdown of deals, offers, and free food in order to take full advantage of National Sandwich Day.

Subway

The prior home of the $5 footlong announced on Tuesday that more than 20,000 Subway locations in the U.S. are offering customers a BOGO deal on all foot-longs from November 3 through November 11.

Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is offering all customers free delivery on orders made through the Jersey Mike's app from November 3 through November 7.

Jimmy John's

While this popular sandwich chain is not offering any deals this year, all proceeds from November 3 sales of the limited-time All-American Beefy Crunch Sandwich will go toward the Jimmy John's Foundation.

The non-profit foundation teams up with Boys and Girls Clubs around the country to support the organization's Workforce Readiness initiative.

Popeyes

Popeyes is best known for its fried chicken and biscuits but over the years has earned a strong fanbase for its chicken sandwich. Now, the chain is offering its loyal customers free chicken sandwiches for a full week.

Running from November 3 until November 9––also recognized as National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day––Popeyes is offering customers a free chicken sandwich when they purchase a chicken sandwich combo.

The deal is only redeemable once for every purchase; however, there is no limit to the number of times a customer can make a separate order.

The combo includes the chicken sandwich, a side and a small drink.

McAlister's Deli

From November 3 through November 17, McAlister's Deli members can enjoy a BOGO sandwich. The reward is located in the McAlister's app under the My Rewards tab.

In-store customers can use the code SANDWICH22 or have a team member scan the QR code in the app to receive rewards.

Schlotzsky's

Rewards members using the Schlotzsky's app on November 3 can purchase a medium sandwich for $5.

Quiznos

Starting on November 3, Quiznos loyalty members will be able to purchase a "Q Pass" and receive 30 digital codes to receive $3 off any 12'' sub. Loyalty members who purchase the pass will receive one digital offer each day for 30 days. Redemptions cannot be combined.

The pass can be purchased until November 17 and the price differs depending on location.
