A percentage of the donations will go to the players on each team giving them a chance to make some cash for fundraising.

UPDATE: Here are the amount of bits you have to spend to get all the rewards, including the card back.

In total, everything will set you back $35, which includes over a dozen packs, emotes and Cheermote back.

Esports can be a tough industry to make a living in, so it's always good when Blizzard gives viewers a chance to contribute directly to their favorite gaming pros. Players and fans alike should appreciate this opportunity.

How To Unlock Twitch Hearthstone Card Back

Viewers that donate can unlock emotes for Twitch chat, card packs and a brand new exclusive purple Cheermote card back. Before the games start, make sure your Twitch account is linked to your Battle.net account. If you forget to link before you cheer, you'll still be able to get the rewards, as long as you link your account while the event is ongoing.

Linking your account is simple; just click on the settings icon on Twitch, go over to the Connections tab and you'll find an option for Blizzard. Log into your Battle.net account and you should be able to get rewards. If you have Twitch Prime, you'll also be able to unlock special Overwatch Hammond loot boxes and other Prime-exclusive items.

It's unclear how much you have to donate to get these items. In the reveal trailer, we can see that the first global milestone is three card packs. The first personal milestone is 300 bits (appx. $3 depending on how many bits you buy at once), which grants you a special Emote pack.

A representative from Blizzard told Newsweek that the rest of the milestones will be unveiled when the Global Games start. We will update this story when that information is released.
