UPDATE: 9:08 p.m. EDT — In a press conference Tuesday evening, police identified Armando Juarez as a person of interest in a shooting that took place at a Dallas, Texas, Home Depot. Three people, including two police officers, were shot.
The two police officers were in critical condition. The condition of the third person, a loss prevention officer at the store, was not released.
Juarez, 29, was described by police as armed and dangerous. Authorities said he may have left the store in a white pickup truck.
"What we know right now is that there was an off-duty officer working at Home Depot who called for assistance for an arrest," Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall said in a press conference Tuesday night. "That's when our officers showed up. We do believe the person of interest is armed at this time. I do not have all the details of how he was able to get a gun and shoot all three of the officers at the Home Depot location. We're still investigating and reviewing video."

At least two police officers were shot Tuesday evening in Dallas, Texas, police confirmed on Twitter. The unidentified officers were critically wounded. A civilian was also shot, police said. The condition of the civilian remained unknown.
The shooting reportedly occurred at around 5 p.m. local time at a Home Depot located at U.S. 75 and Forest Lane, WFAA-TV reported.
Authorities were reportedly still searching for the suspect. At least one person was taken to Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, KXAS-TV reported, citing a hospital spokesperson.

The Home Depot store, located in the northeast Dallas, was evacuated as authorities responded to the situation.
Police announced they would give updates on the ongoing situation. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was also responding to the scene.
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said on Twitter he was "closely monitoring the situation in northeast Dallas and praying for our officers and their families."
