'I Am Jazz' Spoilers: Jazz Finds Out if She Needs Another Surgery (Or Two) to Achieve the Body She's Always Wanted

In this exclusive clip, it looks like TLC's I Am Jazz star Jazz Jennings is experiencing more complications after her gender confirmation surgery.

As noted in previous episodes, since Jazz started taking estrogen at such a young age, she does not have the same amount of penile skin needed to perform the gender confirmation surgery. Since her surgery, which aired two weeks ago, the young reality star has had numerous setbacks and complications.

In Tuesday's episode, it is revealed that Jazz will need another surgery (or two.)

"It's coming along, but it's going to require another skin graft," Dr. Marci Bowers said over a FaceTime video.

"This just feels like the never-ending journey," Jeanette said to the camera. "We just keep going and going, and there's no destination."

"My main concern is that we are going to go back to square 1," Greg adds.

It isn't clear whether the surgery will happen in this week's episode; however, Dr. Bowers stated it should happen in the near future. It's definitely not what Jazz wanted to hear.

"I knew it was going to be a long process," Jazz reveals to the camera. "But I didn't think it was going to go down like this, and that I would need this third skin graft operation."

The devastating news gives another ride of the emotional rollercoaster for the Jennings family. While surgical complications look to lie ahead for the teenager, Tuesday's episode will also dive into her romantic relationships.

During a sneak peek at the conclusion of last week's episode, audiences learned that a boy has made Jazz quite smitten. She revealed to her parents that she has a boyfriend and Tuesday's episode looks to be the journey of meeting the guy and setting clear boundaries for the young couple.
