Police arrested a woman who went on a drunken rant to airline staff after she was refused a drink.

The unnamed woman, 50, was traveling in business class on an Air India flight from Mumbai to London last Sunday.

Mobile phone footage taken by a crew member shows her getting very angry after she was refused wine. She started shouting at the crew, unhappy at her treatment as a business class passenger.

In an apparent reference to the persecuted minority in Myanmar, she said: "I'm working for all your people... the f***ing Rohingyas... the f***ing people of all nations, for you, international criminal lawyer. Don't get any money for it by the way.

"But you can't give me a f***ing glass of wine, is that correct?'

She continued on the rant to the male cabin staff member who remained calm. "F*** off! I'm a f***ing international criminal lawyer and a barrister. You will be p***ed on in court!"

She then called the female crew member an "Indian f***ing money grabbing bastards' and that she will "turn you inside f***ing out, you f***ing stupid c***s!"

She then goes back to her seat, appealing for allies in business class and lambasting them for not standing up for her.

She made a final plea for a bottle of wine, threatening to cause problems when the plane landed, although she was so drunk, she needed to ask a fellow passenger the plane's destination.

Another video showing the continuation of the argument, also shared on social media, features the woman claiming to be the lawyer "for the Palestinian people".

London Metropolitan Police has confirmed that the woman was arrested at Heathrow Airport upon landing and has since been released under investigation.

"She was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated public order, common assault and drunk and disorderly and taken to a West London police station," a spokesperson told The Sun.

"The arrest related to incidents that had occurred on board the plane. She was subsequently released under investigation."
