Internet in Stitches Over How Mailman Delivers Letters After Tripping Over

A postman has left the internet in stitches after a video of his struggle with a plant pot on a doorway was shared on social media, showing the visibly upset man almost falling over.

The video, which was shared on TikTok last Sunday, by Jonnash1, starts off with the postman peacefully walking towards a door to deliver the mail when he suddenly trips over a plant pot.

Right after tripping, the man looked visibly upset, mumbling something to himself, then stuffing the mailbox with anger before leaving in a rush.

Research by anger management organization Mind Your Anger, shows that most of us have probably been in this man's shoes at work before. Their study found that about 65 percent of office workers have experienced office rage.

About 45 percent of staff regularly lose their temper at work, while 53 percent of people have been the victims of bullying at work. Approximately 65 percent of people express anger over the phone, 26 percent in writing, and 9 percent face to face.

Among those, 85 percent are annoyed with people who do not turn off mobile phones during meetings. 75 percent complain people don't load the photocopier/fax/printer when empty, or jam it and leave it for the next person to fix.

About 60 percent are irritated by people who spend their day gossiping or spreading rumors, and 50 percent dislike colleagues talking loudly in the office, often about their private lives.

The reaction of the man has resonated to many on social media, and the video has got over 111,900 likes, 1,386 comments and 3,738 re-shares.

One user joked: "Wonder if he posted a postcard from his trip." While a commenter pointed out: "Funny how it's the smallest things that can set us off."

Another said: "Guy might be going through some stuff, hope he's good. Really thought he was gonna kick it on the way back."

A fourth added: "I need to see the next day where he did exactly the same."
