James Woods Claims Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is 'The Most Dangerous Person in America Right Now'

Academy Award-winning actor James Woods went on a Twitter rant Thursday to discuss the border crisis and the role he falsely claimed Democrats play in voter fraud.

While taking aim at California Governor Gavin Newsom and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Woods had more powerful words against the newly sworn-in representative, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, calling her "the most dangerous person."

In a since-deleted tweet, Wood references a Fox News report, asking Ocasio-Cortez to "demonstrate your expertise in 'running the train."

The article, an opinion piece by writer Dan Bongino, delivers the numbers of Ocasio-Cortez's tax plan and claims she has "economic ignorance" and assumes Americans will think: "Hey, it's not gonna affect me—it's just going to screw people who make $10 million or more."

"Well, the first problem is we don't owe the government squat and the second problem is that the government can't spend money better than you can," the article states. "That's why we don't give the government extra money as conservatives because government generally stinks at spending money."

Woods followed up his deleted tweet with an explanation of what the urban idiom "run the train" came from.

"I'm six days into term, and you already used up your ammo," Ocasio-Cortez said in a Fox News segment, tweeted by the actor. "So enjoy being exhausted for the next two years while we run train on the progressive agenda."

Aside from firing at the 29-year-old Democratic representative, the 71-year-old also addressed "Democratic voter fraud."

"I think Democrats will engineer massive voter fraud to retake the government," Woods tweeted. "They will tax American citizens to death, to fund further illegal alien invasions, in turn guaranteeing more voter fraud. This vicious cycle will end in serious civil unrest by disenfranchised citizens."

"#DemocraticVoterFraud is the most egregious civil rights problem of our day. You read this correctly: it is a "civil rights" issue," he added. "My vote being nullified by an illegal alien is a violation of my civil voting rights. And yours. This must be stopped."

There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the United States, whether carried out by Democrats or anyone else.

Ocasio-Cortez delivered her first speech on the floor of the House of Representatives Wednesday, rebuking President Trump on the government shutdown.

"It is actually not about a wall, it is not about the border, and it is certainly not about the well-being of everyday Americans. The truth is, this shutdown is about the erosion of American democracy and the subversion of our most basic governmental norms," the New York Democrat said in her three-minute speech, using the story of Yahi Abed, one of her constituents, to highlight the stress of the shutdown and the impact it has on federal workers.
