Kanye Accused of 'Slut-Shaming' Kim Kardashian in Tucker Carlson Interview

Kanye West is being accused of "slut-shaming" estranged wife Kim Kardashian in a new interview with Tucker Carlson.

The rapper, 45, who legally changed his name to Ye, appeared on Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight on Thursday.

Twitter user Matt, who goes by @mattxiv on the platform, called out the "Heartless" artist for seemingly changing his tune about his ex after previously supporting the KKW Beauty mogul's sexy looks.

"Kanye slut shaming Kim is particularly laughable to me because she has literally always flaunted her body and it was clearly never an issue for him until she left him," he wrote to his 226,000 followers via his verified account.

At the time of publication, the post had been viewed more than 178,000 times and liked over 15,000 times.

In the clip, Ye said: "Now Kim is a Christian, but she has people who want her to go to Interview magazine and put her a** out while she's a 40-something-year-old multibillionaire with four Black children."

The Georgia native was referring to Kardashian's September 2022 "American Dream" cover story for the outlet. The Kardashians star, 41, bared her booty in the images, eight years after her iconic Paper magazine cover. She wore a denim ensemble by Bottega Veneta and had her jeans pulled down low enough to show off her famous backside.

Newsweek reached out to Kardashian's representative for comment.

Ye and Kardashian first met in the early 2000s but didn't begin dating until 2012. They got married in May 2014, and Kim filed for divorce in February 2021. The exes share four children together—North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

In the past, the Yeezy founder praised Kardashian for showing off her curves. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar in 2013, Ye encouraged her to embrace her bombshell persona.

"I love her nude selfies. Like, I love the ones from the side, the back ones and the front. I just love seeing her naked; I love nudity. I think it's important for Kim to have her figure," he told the magazine at the time. "To not show it would be like Adele not singing."

Following their split, however, the record producer began criticizing Kardashian's wardrobe.

On an October 2022 episode of The Kardashians, the California-born star was in Italy for Milan Fashion Week when West expressed his disappointment in her Prada jumpsuit.

"Look what Kanye texts me. 'No white glasses. Better make security wear black gloves. The orange made me so mad. Would have went to jail before I went out in that. I will be home for North's game,'" Kardashian said.

In a separate episode, the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami alum revealed Ye called her after she attended the WSJ Magazine's Innovator Awards in October 2021.

"He told me my career's over and then he showed me a picture of Marge Simpson wearing something similar," she told sister Kourtney Kardashian.

Part two of West's Tucker Carlson Tonight interview airs Friday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox News.
