Khloé Kardashian Gives Britney Spears Advice After Hair Compliment

Khloé Kardashian offered up advice to Britney Spears after the pop singer complimented her hair.

Spears, 40, took to Twitter on Wednesday, November 8, to share a photo of The Kardashians star, 38, from Beyoncé's 41st birthday bash in September.

In the image, the mom of two—who shares a daughter True and a son with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson—wore a glittering skirt and matching long-sleeved crop top by designer Celia Kritharioti along with sparkly knee-high boots. Her teased curls cascaded down her back to complete the look.

"Did someone say Disco? Happy Birthday [Queen Bey]," Kardashian captioned a slew of Instagram photos from the night.

Spears shared one of those images from the Good American co-founder's account and tweeted: "She's the reason I crimp my hair now!!! How f'n hot is that... but I don't see how hers is more puffy!!! I'm working on it...She's beautiful!!!"

In response, Kardashian commented: "You are so sweet!!! I wish I could say I did this myself but I did not. Ha!"

The California native then gave the mom of two—who shares sons Sean Preston and Jayden James with ex-husband Kevin Federline—some haircare tips.

"I believe it was done with a curling iron, then we combed it out, sort of backcombed it for volume and used texturing spray," Kardashian explained to Spears in their Twitter exchange. "Sounds like a lot lol you're beautiful!"

Kardashian's older sister Kim Kardashian, 42, got in on the commenting as well, quote tweeting the image with the caption: "She sure is!"

Though the reality star didn't tag who did her hair that evening, it was likely her go-to stylist Chris Appleton.

The exchange came just hours before Spears posted a video of her husband, Sam Asghari, following concerns over his absence.

"Here's my husband!!! He's been gone working!!!" she explained. "Supposed to be a week, but ended up being a whole month... it was really hard... he's home now acting up...," the singer joked. "I know he's pretty hot!!!"

The last time the couple appeared on her Instagram together was in mid-September.

Spears and Asghari met in October 2016 on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video.

In an interview with Men's Health in July 2018, the Iranian model recalled their first encounter.

"I was excited that I [would] get to meet one of the biggest artists of all time. I had butterflies," the personal trainer told the outlet, before detailing their awkward chat.

"She said, 'Hi, I'm Britney,' and I said, 'I'm sorry, what's your name again?'" he said. "I tried to be funny. I don't think anybody got it."
