Kim Kardashian Admits These Crazy-Sounding Rumors About Her Are Actually True

Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek's network of contributors

There have been decades' worth of wild rumors about Kim Kardashian — and it turns out, a lot of them are true.

The Kardashians star stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, April 22, where the comedian inquired about several crazy-sounding rumors that she either had to cop to or deny. Nearly all of them, in fact, are true.

"You have someone take the Starbucks sleeve off your coffee because you hate the sound of cardboard?" Kimmel asked.

"That's true and I hate the feeling," Kardashian confessed. "Whoever I'm with, I just can't see it being done — or hear it, or feel it. The cardboard getting moved off of the cup is like nails on a chalkboard to me."

Another truth? "You had your own workout DVD called Kim Kardashian: Fit in Your Jeans by Friday?" Kimmel asked incredulously.

"True," Kardashian laughed. "A long, long time ago."

Among the other random facts about the Skims founder are that yes, she had her 14th birthday party at Michael Jackson's infamous Neverland Ranch and she sleeps with her eyes half-open — "my sisters have taken videos and pictures," she shared. Kardashian also has to heat up her jewelry with a blow-dryer before putting it on. ("I hate being freezing … I just need it warm," she explained.)

The only rumor that wasn't true — besides the fact that Kardashian didn't form her own church (that was mom Kris Jenner) — is that Kardashian doesn't actually have six toes.

"No, but that was a thing," she explained. "Everyone thought I did."

However, there was one rumor that neither Kimmel nor Kardashian addressed: the two new Taylor Swift songs thought to be about her and ex-husband Kanye West. The Tortured Poets Department's "thanK you aIMee," in particular, seems to specifically take aim at Kardashian — who feuded with Swift in the past by leaking the singer's phone call with West — as it literally capitalizes her first name in the song title.
