Kim Kardashian Photos Prove She's 'Unbothered' About Taylor Feud

Kim Kardashian is "unbothered" by the reported diss track from Taylor Swift, or at least that's what fans have gathered from her recent Instagram activity.

The reality star was at the center of a social media storm last week after Swift released her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, on Friday.

Fans believe the singer is hitting out at Kardashian in the song, "thanK you aIMee." The song is written from the perspective of a bullying victim, while the "K" "I" and "M" in the title are capitalized, spelling out "Kim."

The pair have reportedly been on poor terms since 2016 when the socialite became embroiled in Swift's on-again-off-again feud with Kardashian's then-husband, Kanye West.

Newsweek has reached out to Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian for comment via email.

However, the 43-year-old seems unperturbed in her latest Instagram photos, the first reel she's shared since TTPD dropped.

Kardashian shared a series of snaps to the platform on Wednesday night. Wearing a black fur coat, matching pants and a black strappy crop top, the fashion darling looked a picture of ease.

She showed off the outfit in more detail in a short clip, touching up her lipstick and holding a sparkly stiletto up to the camera.

Many Instagram users took the carefree pics as a sign that Kardashian is "unbothered" by the "thanK you aIMee" furor.

"Living her life to the fullest!" commented Akello Edith Jennings.

"She is unphased," said Joey Griffin.

"Doing amazing sweetie," wrote Kiley Mariah White.

"An unbothered and iconic queen," said Cory Hall.

"She's moved beyond petty stuff," commented Sayo.

Other users believed the photos were so nonchalant, that the The American Horror Story: Delicate star is attempting to hide her concern over the track.

"Aimee tryna act unphased," said Caitlyn Zindroski.

"Say your bothered without saying you're bothered," wrote Laura.

"Aimee is putting in a lot of effort in acting like she is unbothered, which really means she's bothered," said Chandra Rouse Evans.

"Kimmy, you are trying too hard not to show your true colors stay low for a while," commented Corazon.

"She cares more about her rep than her kids of course she is bothered!!!" said Kayla. "Thats why she didn't post for dayssss."

Is 'thanK you aIMee' About Kim Kardashian?

Swift hasn't revealed if the song is targeted at anyone in particular, with "thanK you aIMee" including the line: "I changed your name and any real defining clues."

However, Taylor Nation—Swift's official management team—posted the lyrics "Screamed, 'f*** you aIMee' to the night sky," to X, formerly Twitter, alongside a GIF of the 34-year-old performing the Reputation segment of her "Eras" tour.

The Reputation album, released in 2017, was partly inspired by the Grammy winner's feud with West and Kardashian.

Swift and West first butted heads in 2009, after the rapper interrupted her acceptance speech during the MTV VMAs.

Swift was collecting the Best Video award when West—who changed his name to Ye in 2021—hopped on stage and uttered the notorious line: "I'ma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time!"

The duo would make up and fall out again several times over the next few years, with the feud intensifying after Ye referenced Swift on his 2016 track, "Famous."

"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b**** famous," he rapped.

Ye claimed that Swift approved the lyric, which the "Blank Space" singer denied.

In response, Kardashian released audio of Ye's phone call with Swift, in which the rapper asks the pop star for permission to use an older version of the line: "To all my Southside [N***** that know me best, I feel like Taylor Swift might owe me sex."

However, a representative for Swift clarified the issue, explaining that Ye didn't ask permission for the "That b****" lyric.

Kardashian hit out at Swift in interviews and on the family's E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, accusing the songstress of "playing the victim."

In 2019, Kardashian said the trio had "moved on" from the feud. However, Swift denied a reconciliation during an interview with Elle, telling the magazine: "It would be nice if we could get an apology from people who bully us."

What Has Kim Kardashian Said About 'thanK you aIMee'?

A source told People on Tuesday that Kardashian is "over" the feud with Swift, with the TV star reportedly wanting the "Love Story" singer to "move on."

"[She] doesn't get why [Swift] keeps harping on it," the insider added. "It's been literally years."
