Lindsay Lohan's Pepsi With Milk Ad Disgusts Fans: 'Y'all Want Me to Puke'

Lindsay Lohan fans are calling out the actress' Pepsi with milk ad.

"Pilk" is the combination of Pepsi and milk and has actually been a concept for quite some time.

On the 1976 sitcom Laverne & Shirley, Laverne DeFazio—played by actress Penny Marshall—would drink pilk on the show.

The concoction later resurfaced on TikTok as "dirty soda" after singer Olivia Rodrigo posted a video of herself drinking it.

Pepsi launched a holiday campaign on Thursday encouraging customers to try the combination and use the hashtag #PilkandCookies.

Pepsi Chief Marketing Officer Todd Kaplan explained the idea behind the campaign.

"Combining Pepsi and milk has long been a secret hack among Pepsi fans," he said in a statement. "With the rise of the 'dirty soda' trend on TikTok and throughout the country, we thought Pilk and Cookies would be a great way to unapologetically celebrate the holidays."

In the same press release, Lohan, 36, admitted she was "a bit skeptical" of the pairing but "was amazed at how delicious it was."

Later that day, Lohan took to her Twitter account to share the ad.

"Feeling nice...or naughty?" The Parent Trap alum asked her 8.2 million followers. "@Pepsi, let's make #PilkandCookies happen #PepsiPartner."

At the time of publication, the video—which shows the actress pouring a jug of milk into her glass of soda—racked up over a half a million views.

People were quick to comment on the advertisement, with countless fans feeling unsure about the combination.

"Y'all want me to puke," one person wrote.

"This is a crime," someone else said, while a third added, "Oh no what have we done."

A fourth, meanwhile, chimed in, "Lindsay, I love you but this is a NO from me."

Pepsi's official Twitter account, however, praised the concoction.

"That's pretty grool to us," they commented, referring to a quote from Lohan's 2004 film Mean Girls.

Kaplan also gave a nod to the hit movie via his own verified Twitter account.

"Thank you @lindsaylohan!" he gushed. "I think we just may have made #PilkAndCookies happen!"

Lohan has been slowly making her way back into the spotlight after briefly stepping away from acting.

On November 10, her new movie, Falling for Christmas, premiered on Netflix.

"I just felt like it was time, and it was just a matter of time before I found the right script and I found it with Falling for Christmas," Lohan told Yahoo Entertainment last month. "It just worked out perfectly."

The New York native—who recently confirmed she wed Bader Shammas in April—added that she feels "really blessed."
