Live in Las Vegas' Most Iconic Hotels on the Strip for a Month for Free

The COVID pandemic ruined summer 2020 for most people—and many of us are determined to make up for lost time with our next vacation. So, how about a month in Las Vegas?

If you're worrying about how to afford it, don't. It doesn't have to cost a penny after Hotels.com launched a search for a "Vegas hotel resident."

The website will put up one competition winner at four iconic hotels on the Strip: Resorts World Las Vegas, the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and the Park MGM.

Return flights are included in the 30-night trip, during July and August, so you won't need to organize a road trip.

The prize is worth an estimated $40,000, and perks include seeing Usher live in concert at the Colosseum, "all the free food and champagne you could ever want," complimentary spa services and VIP access to pools.

The hotel resident will be expected to document their stay by taking some envy-inducing photos and sharing their experiences with Hotel.com.

The winner can bring a plus one for free, the company told Newsweek, but some of the experiences, such as the Usher concert, are for one person only.

Hotels.com said the stay at the Cosmopolitan would include "the ultimate room service spread on your private wraparound terrace overlooking the Strip and surrounding mountains. You can also watch the famed fountains from Scarpetta, a modern approach to Italian cuisine, where you will enjoy a special tasting menu created to celebrate the hotel's 10th anniversary."

At the Nobu, meanwhile, the winner would be able to relax in a "private cabana poolside at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis."

The hotel resident would be staying in the presidential suite at Resorts World and tasting foods from around the world at Famous Foods Street Eats, "comped, of course."

Shannon Lovich, head of PR and communications, North America, for the website, said: "We love to reward travelers with the chance to live their very best hotel life, and what better way to make hotel life a reality than letting someone live in some of the hottest hotels in the world for a whole month."

The winner will also receive Hotels.com Gold Rewards member status and VIP access privileges at eligible hotels for one year.

To enter the contest, you'll need to explain what makes you an "A-list" guest and describe your idea of the perfect first day as Vegas hotel resident. Entries must be received by July 2 and only residents of the U.S., Mexico or Canada over the age of 21 are eligible. To apply, click here.
