As the season draws to a close—and sky blue ribbons are attached to the Premier League trophy as Manchester City await their coronation—their rivals are already preparing for the next round.

Pep Guardiola's team has eased to the title this season and fears of another City domination next time look set to see the pursuing pack turn to the transfer market in order to close ground.

City neighbors Manchester United are in today's (Thursday, March 22) round-up and will, more than likely, spend big this summer, as are Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Here, Newsweek guides you through all the transfer news and rumors you need to know:

Jose Mourinho is looking to another of his former players to sign for Manchester United in the summer. He has already brought Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku, who he worked with at Chelsea, to Old Trafford and now, according to the Daily Mirror, he wants Real Madrid center-back Raphael Varane. But Real value the 24-year-old Frenchman at £50 million.

One man who looks to be on his way out of Old Trafford is England left-back Luke Shaw, following a reported falling out with Mourinho. According to ESPN, Everton are monitoring his situation as they considering making a bid for the 22-year-old.

Tottenham's Toby Alderweireld has had more appearances in the round-up of late than the Spurs team, as he looks set to leave the club. Real Madrid are one of the clubs reportedly interested but, according to the Daily Mirror, Chelsea have now joined the race for the 29-year-old Belgian.

In North London, Arsenal have shown interest in signing 20-year-old Ruben Dias from Benfica, but according to Football.London, the Gunners will have to pay at least £35 million for the defender.

New Southampton manager Mark Hughes is looking to strengthen his team by signing one of his former players. The former Stoke manager wants to bring Xherdan Shaqiri to the south coast, according to the Daily Star, having signed him from Inter Milan two years ago.

And finally, Atletico Madrid have shown interest in Juventus forward Paulo Dybala but, according to the Daily Mail, the Spanish club would have to double its transfer record to sign him, with a fee of £105 million being demanded.
