Season 6 of Married to Medicine only started on Sunday, but cat claws are already out on the Bravo reality show. The marital drama between Quad Webb-Lunceford her husband Dr. Gregory Lunceford had the cast up in arms for the majority of the premiere episode, but it still wasn't enough to distract from the brewing tension between Dr. Heavenly Kimes and returning original cast member Mariah Huq.

The women were at odds last season after Heavenly drew a mustache on a poster photo of Mariah and their feuding seems to be continuing in Season 6. The cast members bumped heads in the Season 6 premiere episode after Heavenly presented Mariah with a new, less-than-flattering poster of herself, sparking a war of words between the women that eventually led to Mariah accusing Heavenly's husband of committing adultery.

Viewers will have to wait until next Sunday's episode to see where Heavenly and Mariah's latest argument will lead them, but there's at least one thing they can count on in the meantime—reconciliation won't be in their journey this season.

In an interview with blog Atlanta Black Star, released Monday, Heavenly dished on her ongoing feud with Mariah and called her cast mate "desperate" for returning to the show. Mariah was an original member of the show when it first debuted on Bravo in March 2013 but reduced her role significantly, only appearing as a guest occasionally after Season 2.

"She got her peach back [and] did all that she could. … If you watch the show, it's desperation," Heavenly said of Mariah. "She acted a complete buffoon this season and if that's what they wanted. She got her peach back and did what she needed to do. … She was willing to do anything to get back."

Although the dentist didn't elaborate on the specifics of the drama Mariah brought with her return to the show, Heavenly noted fans could expect the rest of the season to be just as "explosive" and "exciting" as the premiere episode.
