'Married to Medicine' Premiere Spoilers: Watch the Cast Find Out About Quad's Cheating Husband on Season 6

Married to Medicine won't be without a lack of drama when Season 6 premieres on Sunday night.

In the latest sneak peek for the first episode of the new season, the cast members discover some incriminating information about Quad Webb-Luncford's husband, Dr. Gregory Lunceford, which is sure to rock the troupe's Atlanta world.

Quad and her husband have been facing a storm of marital drama back since Season 5 and their problems will only escalate in the new season after an unidentified woman details her alleged sexual encounter with Quad's husband during an interview with gossip site AllAboutTheTea.

The episode clip features a number of Quad's friends reacting to the juicy article, in which the woman, claiming to be Gregory's mistress, explains they met at a club and later performed oral pleasures among several other sexual acts on one another.

"She said they were hanging at the club and he said, 'We should get a room.' And he tried to get on me and I'm like, 'Where's your condom?'" a shocked Toya Bush-Harris read.

Many of the husbands of the Bravo reality show weren't buying the tabloid story. "None of that stuff is true. People just say stuff," Dr. Heavenly Kimes' husband Damon Kimes said in the clip.

Dr. Contessa Metcalfe's husband, Dr. Scott Metcalfe, completely shot down the story calling Gregory's alleged mistress a "thirsty chick."

"As far as I know, he ain't done nothing," Scott said.

Meanwhile, at Dr. Jackie Walters' house, she and her husband seem to be most concerned with Quad's reaction to the salacious story.

"I can only imagine how she feels," Dr. Jackie said. "You feel like you're on an island by yourself."

Quad doesn't make any appearances in the clip, so fans will have to watch the Season 6 premiere to know exactly how she's fairing. Although it's safe to say she doesn't take the news of Gregory's infidelity well.

As some fans of the show already know, Quad official filed for divorce from her husband in May.
