Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot was worth $226 million with a cash option of $132 million. The drawing was held at 11 p.m. EST and those who played the game Friday night waited to see if their chosen numbers would help them win the prize. So did anyone win the Mega Millions prize?

The winning numbers announced Friday night were 4-10-20-33-57, Mega Ball 13 and Megaplier 3X, according to the Mega Millions website. No one won the $226 million jackpot, but a ticket for a $1 million jackpot was sold in Georiga, according to the Mega Millions website. The next drawing will take place on Tuesday night at 11 p.m. EST with a jackpot prize of $245 million (cash option $144 million), the website states.

Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 11 p.m. EST and is played across 44 states across the U.S., including the Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia. To play the game, players choose five numbers from one through 70 and then a sixth number from numbers ranging from one through 25, according to the Mega Millions website.

If there is a winner and no one claims the prize, each state that participated in the lottery will receive its money back, the Mega Millions website states.

A woman from Michigan was one of the most recent Mega Millions winners. Chrissy Daskalakis, 35, told lottery officials that she had purchased her winning ticket at the Ahlora Mart, located at 201 North Groesbeck Highway in Mount Clemens, Michigan.

Daskalakis said she gave her father the ticket to check the numbers to see if she had won a prize. The following morning, Dakalakis said she received a call from her father telling her that she had won the $1 million prize. She told lottery officials winning the prize "still feels like a dream."

"I was at the party store with my dad when I thought: 'With the cold weather coming, why not try my luck to win some money for a vacation?'" said Daskalakis. "I grabbed a play slip, randomly selected six numbers, and got my ticket.

Daskalakis matched 20-31-39-46-49 on the five white balls during the October 30 drawing and won the $1 million prize. She told lottery officials she is thinking about planning a trip to Florida or Greece to escape from the winter weather.

"I still can't believe I won. This prize will provide a financial cushion for me and my family," Daskalakis said.
