Mia Khalifa Weighs In on Henry Kissinger's Death

Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger died on Wednesday at his home at the age of 100—and influencer Mia Khalifa is celebrating the news.

Kissinger, a Jewish refugee from Nazi Germany, was a household name after becoming a significant figure in United States foreign policy between 1969 and 1977. A Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, he was national security adviser and secretary of state under two Republican presidents, Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. It was these positions that allowed him to direct the Vietnam War and the Cold War with the Soviet Union, and to implement a political strategy that prioritized U.S. interests.

While Kissinger came to be seen by many as one of the leading diplomats of the 20th century, he was also accused of war crimes and faced international condemnation for his pivotal role in expanding the American presence in Vietnam and the U.S. bombing of Cambodia. Kissinger has been accused of hastening civil wars in southern Africa and enabling coups and death squads in Latin America, as well as genocides in Cambodia, East Timor and Bangladesh.

Now Khalifa is commemorating his death by offering a sale on her OnlyFans (OF) content.

"HENRY KISSINGER IS DEAD!! To celebrate this beautiful 29th day of November use promo code: ByeB**** to get 29% off my OF this week," she posted to X, formerly Twitter. Alongside the caption she shared two photos of herself kneeling on a bed while holding balloons that spell out the word "party."

Newsweek reached out to Khalifa for comment via email Thursday.

People took to the replies of her post to share their support for the former adult film star.

"Not all heroes wear capes… some wear nothing at all," one person wrote.

"War criminal dies and we get a discount for OF. Best day ever!!!" said another.

"The world needed a win. 100 is far too old, but I'm glad it finally happened," a third person wrote.

A fourth added: "Ah a true business woman."

Khalifa also reposted a tweet on her X account that reads: "Terrible people dying is where Twitter really thrives. No other social media app could create this much community."

The media personality also retweeted a video of late chef Anthony Bourdain in which he said he "f****** hates" the American diplomat and would punch him in the face if given the chance, "Because in my travels I stumble across his good works everywhere I go."

Khalifa often speaks out about social and political issues and has long been a vocal supporter of Palestinians.

On October 7, Hamas led the deadliest-ever Palestinian militant attack on Israel, which subsequently launched its heaviest-ever airstrikes on Gaza and a land offensive. Israeli officials have said that 1,200 people in Israel were killed in the October 7 attack, according to the Associated Press, while more than 13,000 Palestinians have been killed, officials from the health ministry in Gaza said, the AP reported.

There has been a four-day ceasefire, during which it was agreed that 50 hostages would be released by Hamas in exchange for 150 Palestinian prisoners from Israel. The conflict has led to a fierce international discourse, with many calling for a ceasefire in Gaza to provide relief to the civilians caught up in the fighting.

Khalifa has lashed out at Iliza Shlesinger after the comedian shared a statement on social media condemning those who have spoken out in support of Hamas.

"This neo liberal wet dream that supporting Hamas or using the word 'genocide' when it comes to Israel from 1000s of miles away with no contest makes you look informed or ahead of some social curve is an actual nightmare for those of us who can't just set this down when the high of being a social media crusader wears off," part of her lengthy post read.

Khalifa shared a screenshot of Shlesinger's post to X and added: "I do not support all women—some of you b****** are VERY DUMB."

In October Khalifa lost business contracts after writing a post about Palestinian "freedom fighters" on X hours after the October 7 Hamas attacks. Playboy was one of two companies that quickly severed ties with her, announcing the end of its relationship with Khalifa in an email to subscribers. It also shared with Newsweek a termination letter sent to her. Khalifa's post also led to her public firing from her role as an adviser at Red Light Holland, which produces and distributes magic mushrooms.
