A plastic surgery practitioner who creates TikToks on cosmetic procedures has come under fire this week for offering unsolicited recommendations to Stranger Things star Natalia Dyer.
Miranda Wilson, N.P., of Laguna Beach, California, is facing a severe backlash on social media after she made a video recommending certain facial cosmetic procedures for the 27-year-old actress.
The self-described advanced injector at Hebe Skin Health released a now-deleted video on July 24 in which she described all of the work she would recommend for Dyer.
"Okay guys, let's talk about Natalia Dyer from Stranger Things. First of all, she killed it in Stranger Things," Wilson began in the clip, which went viral on TikTok and Twitter.
"So if I were Natalia's injector, this is what I would do."
Wilson went on to suggest a brow lift, botox, lip filler and chin filler and created a mock up image of what the results would look like.
"We'd start by treating those masseters [jaw muscles] to help slim the face... Next, I would actually add a bit of chin filler just to help fill out her chin," Wilson suggested.
She added: "I would add just a little bit to the lips and then we'd get in there and do a little bit of botox. I'd give her a nice brow lift to help open up her eyes."
The video ended with Wilson displaying a heavily photoshopped "after" image of Dyer.
Newsweek has contacted Wilson for comment.
Although Wilson deleted the video, it's circulating on Twitter and her TikTok comments have been flooded with people condemning her for making a such a video about another woman's appearance.
Meanwhile, several other TikTokers have dueted Wilson's original video to express their anger.

Another tweet reads: "still can't believe a plastic surgeon spoke on what she'd change about someone's face without a) their consent, b) any indication that the person disliked those features + c) putting a disclaimer that the person is already beautiful as they are?"
"...i hate people. natalia dyer is absolutely stunning as she is. not everyone wants to look like a great value kardashian," said another.
Another tweet reads: "Natalia Dyer is perfect as she is and the aesthetic surgery industry should be burned to the ground with everyone in it."
On TikTok, one creator asked Wilson: "Why would you do this? As a professional should your job be making your customers comfortable and confident?"
