Get ready for tequila Thursday because today marks a holiday you won't want to skip out on celebrating: National Margarita Day.
The yearly event pays tribute to the popular cocktail from Mexico, and plenty of restaurants are offering special deals to help you celebrate the day in style.
Newsweek compiled a list of deals for all the tequila lovers today.
Chili's Grill & Bar is offering several drink specials starting at $5. That includes the Tequila Trifecta, a beverage made with three premium tequilas—el Jimador Silver, 1800 Reposado and Jose Cuervo Gold shaken, with some triple sec and fresh sour for flavor.
If you're looking for an especially "pretty" drink, the Pink Margarita or the Straw-eddy might be more your style. The cocktail includes Deep Eddy Lemon vodka with Lunazul Blanco tequila, strawberry puree and fresh sour for $6.
For $10, you can try the Spice-A-Rita, which is Chili's newest margarita made with Epsolon Reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh sour, Monin Jalapeno and a dash of Tajin.
But if none of those draw your attention, Chili's has 10-plus margaritas across its cocktail menu.
Twin Peaks will also be helping diners celebrate National Tequila Day with all-day $5 house margaritas.
No matter what flavor you desire, you should be covered with the chain's wide range of margarita options. You can also score a $6 Peaks Margarita, $8 watermelon margarita or a $7 margarita "on the rocks." The top-tier deal on the menu is $8 for the Casamigos Pool Party Margarita.
If your neighborhood chain restaurant of choice is Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, you are also in luck.
The chain is offering every flavor of their house margarita for $2.22 in honor of the holiday throughout the day.
Similarly, Bahama Breeze Island Grille hopes to entice diners in with its margarita deal of $2.22 as well. The low-cost cocktail is the classic margarita and will be a cheap way to celebrate the national holiday.
However, Bahama Breeze took its margarita love a step further by launching a new limited-edition lip gloss line.
Beauty and tequila fans can choose between the Classic Marg flavor or opt for something more adventurous like the Dragon Fruit Margarita or Hot Honey Mango Margarita. Each lip gloss costs $10 and can be purchased at MizziCosmetics.com.
