NXT Taping Spoilers: Aleister Black's Attacker Revealed and WarGames Match Confirmed

As the return of Aleister Black on NXT television aired Oct. 17 on the WWE Network, reports of the next round of tapings from Full Sail University started coming in.

This round of NXT TV tapings lead WWE's third brand into its Takeover:War Games pay-per-view in November. General Manager William Regal determined this year's War Games match, and the show seemingly revealed the identity of Aleister Black's attacker.

There are a ton of matches between the Oct. 25 episode and the go-home show on Nov. 15, which include some contestants from the Mae Young Classic as well as the feud for the NXT Championship. If you can't wait for each episode of NXT to drop on the WWE Network, here are the quick spoilers for what happened on the latest tapings.

NXT Takeover: WarGames is set to stream on Saturday Nov. 16 from Los Angeles.

Note: The order of the matches and the episodes in which they air are not detertermined so this is not concrete.

In a backstage promo, William Regal instructs security to make sure Aleister Black sees him immediately upon arriving at the building.

Undisputed Era cut a promo in the ring on the roster. They say that what they did to War Raiders on the last episode should serve as an example to everyone who wants to step to them. EC3 interrupts, calling out Adam Cole and they have a match

EC3 defeats Adam Cole but Undisputed Era beat him down after the match.

Mia Yim defeats Aliyah.

Kassius Ohno defeats Justin Xavier, and Nikki Cross comes out after the match to laugh at Ohno before leaving.

Regal comes out to announce Tommaso Ciampa's opponent for TakeOver: War Games, but is interrupted by Ciampa, then Velveteen Dream, Lars Sullivan, and finally Nikki Cross. Cross informs Lars that "he" is coming, then Aleister Black comes out and lays Lars out with Black Mass.

Johnny Gargano comes out and delivers a superkick to Black before leaving.

After Gargano's attack, Street Profits defeat the Mighty in a match. Then, Nikki Cross defeats Mercedes Martinez but

Candice LeRae comes out and confronts Cross after the match. Aleister Black comes out to stop Nikki from leaving but Candice gets in his face. They have a brief exchange then Black exits.

After the confrontation, we see the NXT debut of Matt Riddle. He defeats Luke Menzies for his first NXT career victory.

A tag match follows where Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan defeat Raul Mendoza & Roberto Carrillo. Then we see Undisputed Era, War Raiders and Ricochet brawl in the parking lot. It spills inside the arena where Pete Dunne joins the fight.

This prompts Regal to announce that the WarGames match this year will feature Pete Dunne, Ricochet, and War Raiders vs. the Undisputed Era.

After Regal's announcement there are a few more matches. Heavy Machinery defeats Forgotten Sons (Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake), Dakota Kai defeats Taynara Conti, Bianca Belair defeats Mia Yim, and Lacey Evans defeats Karissa Rivera.

In a match with WarGames implications Kyle O'Reilly defeats Hanson, giving Undisputed Era an advantage at the PPV after heavy involvement from both teams.Afterwards, Lars Sullivan defeats Velveteen Dream with help from Ciampa who attacks Dream. Dream makes a comeback and referees separate them, but in the melee Dream gets hold of the NXT Championship and holds it up as the show goes off air.
