Hate the new OSRS Konar Slayer Master Drop Table? Think the Konar rare drops are too overpowered? Changes are coming, says Jagex. Check out our complete Konar Drop table list including rare and super rare items, here.
UPDATE 2: 02/08/19
New keys have been added to the Konar Drop Table that can be used to unlock Brimstone Chests.
UPDATE 1: 01/11/19 12:25 EDT
Jagex has posted a listing of what players can expect in the updated Konar Drop List codefix which will go live later today. You can find the changes in the Konar Drop list section of the article, below.
On Thursday, Jagex deployed one of the largest content updates the Old School Runescape (OSRS) game has seen in six years. The new update added an entirely new region to the game, dubbed the Kebos Lowlands. While players have delighted over the many changes the new content has brought, such as the addition of a Farming Guild and a New Slayer Master, there has arisen quite a bit of fuss, particularly from more seasoned players, over the new Konar Drop Table. The new Slayer Master comes with a rewarding drop, providing rare drops such as Snapdragon and Torstol herbs or magic seeds — items that are otherwise quite difficult to acquire.
In response to the community concerns, Jagex announced Wednesday that the developers would be implementing a codefix to adjust the Konar Drop Table. According to the devs, the average value of Konar's drops will stay the same but there will be changes. The post also notes that new incentives such as uniques will be added as well. Once the update has been implemented we'll be sure to add the details.
In the meantime, we've put together a listing of the current Konar Slayer Master drops as released in the Kebos Lowland update. You can also check out our in-depth overview of the whole Kebos Lowland update, here.
OSRS Slayer Master Konar Drop Table: Common to Rare
About Konar Drops
The new Slayer Master Konar comes with its own specific rewards drop list. Whenever players take on a slayer task assigned by Konar, every kill obtained has a chance of hitting the global drop table, but also Konar's own drop table. The chance of hitting Konar's drop table depends on the combat level of the NP the player is fighting. The loot you receive from Konar drops is given in addition to the loot from the global table. Konar drops can include everything from generic loot such as food to sustain them in battle, to rare drops like the Dragon Hasta.
UPDATE: 01/11/19 12:15 EDT
Jagex has posted a listing of what players can expect in the updated Konar Drop List codefix which will go live later today. You can find the changes in the screenshot below.
Additionally, Jagex wrote:
" Further adjustments can be made next week pending the results of these changes and further suggestions. The average value of rolling on Konar's loot table would be reduced by 30%, reducing the highest value drops by spreading it out more evenly. This means quantities of certain drops would be reduced. We're also looking to swap out some skilling drops for alchables."
