NBC's streaming service, Peacock, just announced their Black Friday deal. You can get one year of Peacock Premium for $1.99 a month. Or $19.99 ($1.66 a month) if you use annual billing.

To redeem the offer, use the code "BIGDEAL" for monthly billing or "YEARLONG" for annual billing. These codes are valid until Monday, November 27.

There is no Black Friday deal for Peacock Premium Plus, the streaming service's ad-free subscription tier.

What Is Peacock Premium?

Peacock Premium is NBC's ad-supported streaming plan. It usually costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year ($4.99 a month). For that price, you get:

  • NBC's full streaming catalog of movies and shows with limited ad breaks
  • Live NBC sports events, including Sunday Night Football and NASCAR
  • 4K UHD quality streaming on select content

What Can You Watch on Peacock?

Peacock features a catalog full of NBC's shows, including old classics and new hits:

  • The Office, NBC's Emmy-winning comedy show about the employees of Dunder Mifflin, a struggling paper supply company. The series moved from Netflix to Peacock in 2021, bringing many fans with it. Now Peacock is the only streaming service where you can watch The Office.
  • Poker Face, a mystery-comedy from Rian Johnson starring Natasha Lyonne. Her character, Charlie, can tell when people are lying, and uses that gift to solve criminal cases. Each episode starts with the crime, so the audience knows exactly whodunit. The show's attraction lies in how Charlie solves the mystery.
  • Law and Order: SVU follows NYPD's Special Victims Unit as they investigate sex crimes. The show has perfected the crime drama formula, where characters spend one half of each episode investigating the crime and the other half bringing the perpetrator to justice. It has also featured legendary guest stars throughout its run, including Robin Williams, Martin Short and Whoopi Goldberg.
  • House stars Hugh Laurie as the titular Dr. Gregory House, a brilliant but tortured medical genius. House spends each episode solving medical mysteries and antagonizing his staff and fellow doctors.
  • Friday Night Lights is about the football culture of a small town in rural America. Coach Eric Taylor, played by Kyle Chandler, faces challenges with his team and family. The show aired in 2006, but it centers on issues that small towns still face, such as economic decline, school funding, substance use and abortion.

Peacock also hosts feature films perfect for family get-togethers during the holidays, including:

  • E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
  • Shrek
  • Back to the Future
  • The Hunger Games
  • John Wick
  • The Super Mario Bros. Movie
  • How to Train Your Dragon
