Pet Cam Captures How Emotional Support Dog Reacts to Border Collie's Howls

A cocker spaniel from Scotland has melted hearts online after his owner shared a video of him taking care of his big brother in a clip that has since gone viral.

In a video shared on TikTok in March, under the username brucenfrank, caught by the poster's pet camera, border collie Bruce can be seen lying on his owners' bed, howling as if demanding attention.

Meanwhile, the cocker spaniel, Frank, is downstairs minding his own business in the living room, but as soon as he hears his brother's call, he rushes to the bedroom to comfort him, bringing his favorite toy.

A caption shared along with the post says: "When you get your dog an emotional support dog." Followed by: "We don't deserve dogs. I could never go down to a 1 dog household again."

A woman got her dog an "emotional support dog" and the way they interact has melted hearts on social media.

Dogs are social beings which means they may need some interaction with other dogs from time to time. This doesn't necessarily mean that you must have two dogs. Your pup can find friends at the dog park or at doggy daycare, among other places.

However, before making new friends your pup needs to be properly socialized, to avoid any negative interactions.

The first thing to do when socializing your dog with others is stocking up on treats, according to the dog wellness experts at Rover, so that you can reward your pup whenever they have a successful interaction with another dog.

It's also important to make sure that each interaction is enough for them to get acquainted, but not so long as to wear them out, and you should also monitor them closely throughout the interaction, at least in the beginning.

The video quickly went viral on social media, getting viewers from across TikTok. It has so far received over 115,600 views and 9,013 likes on the platform.

One user, Stephanie O'Neill, commented: "The last little almost sigh of relief woo." And Kirsty Sheridan-Aston said: "It looks like he dropped the ball and wanted someone else to pick it up for him."

Em wrote: "Omg we have the exact same duo, they adore each other." And AnimangaKing added: "Not the Mrs Doubtfire sound as the dog runs up."
