Phoenix Shooting: Multiple People Injured, Hospitalized After Shots Fired at Hotel, Local Reports Say

Multiple people were shot and injured at a downtown Phoenix hotel shortly before 11.30 a.m. on Sunday, azcentral.com reported.

According to Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson, the hotel shooting occurred near 24th and Van Buren streets and resulted in five people being transferred to a nearby hospital by authorities for treatment. A sixth person took themselves to hospital.

One of the victims is reportedly in serious condition while the condition of the others in hospital are unknown. Officers are currently investigating the incident.
