Pi Day Deals: Where to Get Cheap Food

March 14 is the day both dessert lovers and mathematicians have been waiting for: Pi Day.

Pi, which can be found in nearly all areas of mathematics and physics, is a so-called mathematical constant, meaning its value will always be the same—roughly 3.14159. And since 3.14 is the first three digits, Pi Day is celebrated every year on March 14.

In honor of the special day, many food establishments have launched deals and items, and nearly all come in pie-shaped fun.

Newsweek has compiled a full list of all the deals you should take advantage of before 3.15 hits.

For your first stop, you can hit up Burger King for a special Pi Day dessert, the Hershey's Sundae Pie. The decadent sweet comes free with any purchase of $3.14 or more.

Meanwhile at Polly's Pies, there's a whole range of deals to choose from.

The chain, which is known for its Southern California desserts and comfort food, diners can buy a pie and get one half off for all online orders with the code SPRINGBOGO.

You can also add a Pi symbol crust topper to any double crust pie you purchase online. Additionally, Polly's Perks e-members get a free slice of pie all throughout the day, no purchase necessary.

Pie shouldn't be limited to its sweet form on Pi Day either, so before you dive into your dessert, you can head to pizza chain Schlotzsky's.

There, you'll earn $3.14 off any pizza or flatbread all throughout the day as long as you're a rewards member.

Meanwhile, 7-Eleven is also rewarding its loyalty members. For the day only, you can score any flavor large pizza for just $3.14.

This deal arrives as the food and convenience store chain also brings back its Extreme Meat Pizza, which features pepperoni, Canadian bacon, a beef crumble and bacon bits. Loyalty members also get $14 off $30 with the promo code PIDAYDEAL as well as free delivery for all orders $15 or more.

"Our customers look forward to this Pi Day deal each year – it's a fun tradition they really enjoy," Dave Strachan, senior vice president, Fresh Foods at 7-Eleven, said in a statement. "Whether you're a math aficionado, a foodie or simply someone looking for a reason to celebrate, Pi Day offers something for everyone."

At Pieology, you also have free perks available for Pi Day as a rewards member. This comes with any create your own pizza or calzone order and can include a cookie and a drink, two cookies, a salad and a cookie or any other combination.

Another popular pizza chain, Blaze Pizza, will be selling its original dough 11-inch pizzas for just $3.14, saving you around $8 in the process.

To become a rewards member for most of the deals offered on Pi Day, all you need to do is download the app and/or sign up on the establishment's website.
