Powerball $350 Million Jackpot Winner Saturday: Here Are the Numbers and the Winner

The Powerball lottery for June 1, 2019, was for a $350 million jackpot, with an estimated cash value of $223 million. Of the 1 million-plus winners on Saturday, there was only one grand prize jackpot winner.

The winning numbers from 6/01/19 were: 06-15-34-45-52

Powerball: 08

Power Play: 2

A single ticket from North Carolina hit all five white balls and the red Powerball to claim the $350 million grand prize. Details of where the ticket was sold will become available as information emerges.

There were a total of 1,137,303 tickets sold across the country that won some type of prize, with tickets totaling $7,754,361 in winnings. The only ticket to hit all five white balls was the grand prize winner, so there were no second-prize winners, according to the Powerball website.

There was no grand prize winner on Wednesday, but one ticket from Georgia and another from Texas hit all five white balls for the second prize prize of $1 million. Neither chose the Power Play that would have made their winnings $2 million.

The Powerball jackpot will reset at $40 million for the drawing on 06/05/2019, with an estimated cash value of $25.9 million. The odds of hitting the grand prize jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338—according to Powerball's website.

Powerball is a multi-state lottery and one of America's two biggest lottery jackpot games. Jackpots start at $40 million, and other prizes pay from $1 million to $2 million or more with a Megaplier. Tickets are $2.

There are nine ways to win money during the Powerball. Just getting the powerball with no other numbers pays out $4, and even more if the power play is bought for an extra dollar. The same payout goes for one ball plus the powerball, and $7 is the payout for two correct numbers with the powerball, or three correct numbers and no powerball.

If all five white, numbered balls are chosen but the red powerball is not correct, then the payout is $1 million, with an even higher payout if the power play is chosen.
